sometimes the choices you make come back and bite you in the ass!
and mess you up in the head…..
you lie awake at night… and hold your breath, just to see what it would feel like for life to slowly drain out of your body…

O.k. now this is a suicide note!! Take a break…let go of everything..just take a break from everything…err..not life though!
O.K. O.K me try it too. 
’sometimes the choices you make come back and bite you in the ass!’ We can’t do much about this except try and make better choices the next time (after a break!) and pray a lot for the best thing to happen for us. As my mom says ( almost everyday to me nowadays!) ‘thinking about what might have been, or about the past, will just cause more pain’. Just learn from the past…. And then tell me how my mom’s advise works out..

Very true! and u wish to turn back time so that u may make better choices this time or perhaps make no choices at all just to avoid the pain that the ones we made brought in
