Dear all,
Yesterday, my father was involved in a gas blowup while turning on the geyser. He has suffered quite a few burns to his face. Please pray his wounds heal soon without scarring and he gets well.

Yesterday was good. I received the best news i’ve had in a while.
My father has been nominated for the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) yesterday for his services rendered for the state of Pakistan. The award will be conferred on 14th of August 2007. The letters SI(M) will be entered after his name for the coming years.

Yet, this is something i rebel against, and want to break out of. Its not easy, and i relapse more often then get through..  but this my reality.

So i joined up the art of living course finally. A friend had done it sometime back and was all in praise for it, so when i happened upon a rs. 1000 for six days course.. i naturally jumped at the chance.
